As principal in charge of the day-to-day design details, Virginia maintains the highest level of quality, processing the interactions between the Client, Architect, Consultants, contractors and suppliers. invaluable as part of the design process. Some of Virginia’s portfolio highlights include a 16,000 square foot residence in Paris, a Malibu residence for the owner of the Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles, and multiple 5-star properties for Fairmont Hotels & Resorts.
Susan H. Blattman

Susan has more than thirty years of magazine publishing experience as a senior marketing executive focused primarily on consumer acquisition and audience development, new product launches and retail sales. Her successful track record has included the oversight of iconic magazine brands such as Bon Appetit, Harper's Bazaar, Self, Town & Country, Vanity Fair and Wired at the world's largest media companies, including Conde Nast, Hearst, McGraw-Hill, and U.S. News & World Report. Susan was inducted into the Direct Marketing Association Hall of Fame, an honor awarded to outstanding professionals who have made significant contributions to the magazine industry.

Patricia Casale is an advertising executive with 30 years of experience in global markets. She led consumer marketing and strategic thinking efforts for many celebrated brands over the course of her career. Patricia held senior positions at the Boston based advertising agency Hill Holliday and, at the forefront of the interactive marketing industry, she was responsible for the development of Sales Strategy and Planning for AOL Time Warner. Ms. Casale has been involved with several non-profit boards, most recently as Vice Chair, Board of Trustees of Berklee College of Music.
Nancy W. Eichler

As a 25-year marketing and advertising industry veteran, Nancy is well versed in digital, with emphasis on eCommerce, social media and community. She's currently Vice President at Brownie Brittle, LLC, helping launch this hot CPG brand from start-up (before it was even on store shelves) to becoming the second fastest growing business in Florida in 2013. Her work as also helped secure numerous product awards from Fitness Magazine, Gourmet Retailer Mag, trade industry associations and more. The company has been recognized by the media, as having catapulted its brand's success with the help of social media marketing. Julie Fenster is founder of the Office of Julie R. Fenster, a boutique legal practice specializing in the legal and business aspects of the rapidly converging worlds of publishing, broadcasting and Internet information services, advertising, direct marketing and e-commerce. She has over 20 years of experience working with companies in digital media and technology. She currently serves as General Counsel at Vibrant Media Inc.
Prior to founding the Office of Julie R. Fenster, Julie served as VP, Business Affairs & General Counsel at Everyday Health, Inc., a leading online health information services company. Previously, she was VP, Law and Business Affairs at Time Inc. New Media. She also held leadership positions as General Manager at ParentTime LLC, and EVP, Strategy and Business Development at Worth Interactive. Julie began her legal career at the leading firm Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.
She is currently a member of the New York state bar and former President of the Board of the Center for Children's Initiatives, Inc. Julie studied at St. Hilda's College, Oxford University, earned an AB at Brown University, and received a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
Lisa O. Jones

Lisa is President of Pavilion Properties, a commercial real estate development firm she founded in 1997. Prior to founding Pavilion Properties, Lisa worked with the Trammell Crow Company and Childress Klein Properties. She is the former chair of the UVA/Darden Business School Alumni Board and has also taught at the School. She resides in Charlottesville , Virginia. She will be working with us on business strategies and online education programs.

After earning a B.A. in art history and French from Smith College and an M.B.A. from Boston University's Questrom School of Business, Rebecca started her career at the Smithsonian Institution's National Museum of American Art focusing on public programs and development. She worked for two Boston-based consulting firms before starting her own consultancy, Venture Forth, focusing on strategic marketing and business development. In 1997, Rebecca launched MuseumShop.com because she envisioned that the Internet could serve as a valuable platform to bring the world’s museum stores to consumers, while helping museums generate revenue in an innovative way. After growing the company to 70 museum partners, 4000 SKUs, 30 employees, and raising over $10 million in funding, Moore decided to take a break. For the next 10 years, she focused on family, volunteering for the local school, church, youth theatre, serving as PTA Co-president and consulting to entrepreneurs and nonprofits. In 2015, Rebecca joined Peach Company as one of its first 25 stylist/business owners. Peach is a rapidly growing MA-based start-up focused on revolutionizing (and disrupting!) the lingerie and basic apparel industry. Her team of 75 is growing weekly. Moore is married to her husband of 21 years and mother to 3 teenage daughters who keep her humble. A breast cancer thriver, self-professed “momtrepreneur” and art-lover, she is passionate about supporting women emotionally, spiritually, physically, intellectually, and financially.

Eileen is Executive Director, Interior Design for FRHI Hotels and Resorts (Fairmont, Raffles, Swissotel) with over 28 years of experience in hospitality design. She has global design experience reviewing and directing numerous multi-million dollar luxury hotels, residential and mixed-use projects from North America to Europe, Middle East, and Asia. She recognizes that today's hotel clients are well-traveled, globally sophisticated and technologicaly savy, necessitating spaces that always make them feel comfortable, welcome and at home. She acknowledges interior design as a core element to a properties’ success combining great design ideas with efficient operations. Eileen continues to research and evaluate current trends in the hospitality market to ensure that the company remains competitive in a globally evolving marketplace. Eileen is responsible for creating and implementing the Brand Design Standards for FRHI, a company that is a leader in the industry for their green practices, and luxury design.
She continues to review what existing design firms are creating and what new firms that have come into the market place offer, to ensure that the most capable and proven designers are hired for FRHI. Eileen has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts.
