Located at 1800 Garraux Rd., the Home for the Holidays Designer Showhouse evokes a stately English country home thanks to its private, wooded two-acre lot. The 5-bedroom, 8,800-square foot Showhouse, built by Sheehan Built Homes, features custom-made brick and locally sourced and aged granite for the exterior and integrates structured, classical design with more modern, casual living space.

Part of the proceeds will benefit Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, and the showhouse will reflect the spirit of this organization’s mission with a child-focused bedroom, a former Children’s patient named as Junior Chair, a toy drive and other initiatives.
Nationally and locally celebrated interior designer John Oetgen of Oetgen Design will serve as Honorary Chair and will design the Master Bedroom.
