Don't worry!

Even if you couldn't make it to NYC for the this year's Kips Bay Decorator Show House, Architectural Digest's "Tour" of the 44th is the next best thing!

Written up by the best in the business, Mitchell Owens take you on an insightful journey through New York's most celebrated designer rooms.

Since the first Show House in 1973, each year celebrated interior designers transform a Manhattan home and treat thousands of design-lovers to their creative talents in a showcase of fine furnishings, art and technology.  The special event raises much-needed funds in support of its namesake, the Kips Bay Boys and Girls Club, for critical after-school and enrichment programs for NYC children.

Before you take a look at the gorgeous rooms this year's talented designers created, take a look at the "before" photos!  You will simply not believe what they have done!

Be sure to look at the pre-renovation "BEFORE" photos here, (click on Gallery tab and select the 2016 pre-renovation gallery)  then skip over to the AD tour to see them fully dressed!
