Another great article by Mitchell Owens (we are not biased- he is simply the best).

Here, Mitchell writes about the home of Isabel Lopez-Quesada, the Spanish designer we profiled in our Editor's Choice section this week.

Her inimitable, but highly inspirational style is on display in her villa- a former wax factory in Madrid.

Notably, she doesn't use carpet or rugs anywhere, and she offsets the occasional ornate antique by giving them focus with "breathing room". Her punches of color are strong and unpredictable, but perfectly placed.

Come over to the Architectural Digest article to see more pictures and read the detailed observations of her exquisite home.
